Who we are:

Westfield Consultancy Services Ltd was founded in 2003 and currently provides specialist mortgage valuation and survey work to both large corporate clients and individuals. Since inception we have carried out over 2000 valuations for our corporate surveying clients who in turn represent over 30 of the major secured residential finance lenders in the U.K. 

The company is owned and run by its sole director Gary Finch MRICS who has almost 30 years experience in the local property market, starting as a trainee Estate Agent in Halifax in 1976 and qualifying as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1982. Since then he has held a number of surveying and senior management positions in the private and Social Housing sectors working in both the residential and commercial markets.

Our philosophy is simple. To provide a professional, fast, friendly and competitively priced service to the residential property market throughout West Yorkshire.
